Scope and Responsibilities 岗位职责:
1. Responsible for planning, developing and directing of quality assurance policies, programs and initiatives.
负责规划、制定并指导质量保证方针、质量管理流程质量管理创新；
2. Develops, implements and revises quality standards, tools, and methods.
负责质量标准、检验工具和检验方法的、实施和修正；
3. Maintains product quality by enforcing quality policies
通过系统运行质量体系来维护产品质量；
4. Directs process and product testing (PV) to ensure materials, parts, and products comply with established quality
standards
通过管控生产过程和产品测试来保证原材料、零部件和产品满足确定的质量标准；
5. Takes these results and helps improve existing methods of operations.
通过采集、现有质量数据来改善现有质量管控方法和流程；
6. Collaborates with other management members to develop new product, manufacturing and training methods
与其他部门管理人员协作新产品、新工艺流程和培训方法；
7. Prepares product and process quality reports by collecting, yzing and summarizing information into trends
通过收集、并汇总趋势信息来编制产品和工艺质量报告；
8. Provides input to strategic decisions that may affect the quality of operations or products.
提供与质量体系运行及产品质量控制相关的信息，为的战略发展决策提供帮助；
9. Ensure Product is Conforming. Ensure non-conforming product is secured and disposed
确保产品合格，确保不良品能及时锁定并处理；
10. PPAP Product
按PPAP流程批准产品；
11. Supplier Development
根据战略，与其他部门一起新供应商；
12. Lead in Customer complaints
负责处理客户的质量投诉和抱怨；
13. Develops PFMEA, works with product engineering to link PFMEA to DFMEA, updates PFMEA to reflect lessons
learned and process improvements
与项目团队一起编制、维护PFEMA，与产品工程师协作将PFEMA和DFEMA进行有效联接，并根据经验教训和工艺改进结果对
PFEMA进行更新。
Experience / Knowledge Required工作经历/知识要求:
1. IATF-, ISO-, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
精通IATF-, ISO-, VDA6.3, 六西格玛, 精益生产等知识；
2. People Management
人员管理能力；
3. Project Management
项目管理能力；
4. Experience dealing with Customers and Suppliers
丰富的客户及供应商管理的经验和能力；
5. Data Analysis
数据能力；
6. Process Improvement
过程管理能力；
7. Promoting Process and Product Improvement ideas
推动工艺和产品改进能力；
8. Developing Standards
制定标准规范能力；
9. Capable of resolving escalated and complex issues arising from operations
丰富应对生产过程突发质量事件的经验和能力；
10. Budgeting and P&L experience a plus
有预算和损益表工作经验者优先考虑；
11. DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DOE, APQP Process, Knowledge of the AIAG process, Understanding Process Audits,
PPAP Process, Corrective Actions and A3 development
精通DFEMA，PFEMA，控制计划，DOE， APQP，PPAP，AIAG相关知识，工艺审核流程， 纠正措施以及A3。
Education Required教育要求:
1. Bachelor❼degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing preferred)
全日制本科,工程学士学位（机械，电子，制造专业优先考虑）
2. Certified Quality Engineer
认证的质量工程师
3. 15 yrs experience in Automotive Industry preferably with global Tier 1 supplier,5 yrs Quality management
15年及以上汽车零部件行业的相关工作经历，其中5年以上大型汽车零配件制造业同等岗位工作经验
4. Strong communications, fluent in English and Mandarin (Spanish also prefer)
优秀的口头及书面沟通能力，精通英语、普通话，会西班牙语者优先考虑。
背景：欧美独资汽配，业务健康增长。
